Economist and Former Head of Transfer Pricing for Panama’s Tax Administration. She has experience and handling large company audits and transfer pricing matters. She worked in the implementation of transfer pricing rules and processes at Panama’s Tax Administration. During her time in the Tax Administration, she lead the Transfer Pricing analysis, audit and legal units, participated in international tax policy matters, and was the delegate for the Working Party 6 on the taxation of multinational enterprises at the OECD Center which develops the OECD Guidelines on Transfer Pricing. She has participated in international taxation courses and programs from the OECD, UN, WB, IDB and CIAT and has been professor, speaker and panelist in various governmental, and educational events and courses, such as TPMinds Americas, AmCham, IESA, IFA, the Chamber of Commerce and ICC Panama.

A results driven professional with experience in leading complex transfer pricing projects in major industries such as Energy, IT, Banking, Services, and Pharmaceutical. He is also a Ph.D. in Law at Dauphine University. He has served as Transfer Pricing Advisor for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), the Inter- American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), the African Forum on Tax Administration (ATAF) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He has been a Professor at the Externado University in Colombia. He has been a speaker at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Tax Committee, CIAT, and the Regional Congresses of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
