Experts expect more transfer pricing scrutiny to increase

In a global context in which states need to improve their revenues, affected by the economic crisis associated with the pandemic, experts estimate that tax authorities will increase their transfer pricing controls.

José Luis Galíndez (Panama), Tania Quispe-Mansilla (Peru), Frida Medrano (Panama) and Carlos Pérez Gómez (Mexico), presented different views on the virtual forum Transfer Pricing: Business Models in the context of covid-19, organised by the ConnecTax platform, Iesa and Capital Financiero, moderated by Reynaldo Díaz of ConnecTax.
